Unfortunately, the HVAC system permit has not yet been approved by the St. Louis inspector. We hope to hear something back early in the week so that the build out can proceed. Due to this delay, all classes next week, Wednesday, June 1st and Thursday, June 2nd will be held via Zoom. Those who have enrolled in classes will receive an email with the Zoom details no later than Monday, May 30th. Should classes need to be held via Zoom, or the park, for the week of June 6th, further details will be provided via email for those who are enrolled in classes. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time of transition.
Drywall has been delivered!
Oh boy, things are about to get really exciting! The drywall has been delivered and supplies are on hand to begin the installation. We can’t wait to see it up on the walls!
More Progress!
Most of the light fixtures are in stalled and the breaker box is mounted. All inspections are done except the HVAC, which is scheduled. Once that one is done the drywall will be installed. Wow, so much has to happen prior to drywall installation. It is so exciting to see the progress!

Yay, more work at the new dojo has been completed!
They have made big progress on the plumbing and HVAC system installation. Some electrical wiring has been pulled too. And…when I was leaving the HVAC company pulled up with a unit in the bed of their truck! I am pretty sure it is ours! Today I was able to measure the wall spaces for the mirrors and for the amazing wall mural. It is so exciting to see things coming along.
