Mask requirements for in person classes
As of today, the City of Maryland Heights has not modified their mask requirements. So, until further notice, all karate classes held at the Maryland Heights Community Center will require students and guest to wear a mask. If you would like one of Gateway Shidokan Karate masks, I will have them available for purchase tonight,($8 each plus tax).
A couple discussion points.
Hi Crew,
I have a couple of things to go over. One is after the adult class tonight (7-8 pm), we are going to meet at Syberg's on Dorsett to resume our end of session gathering. Everyone is welcome to come. Some of us are either fully vaccinated or partially vaccinated. For the protection of everyone, we will be dining outside until everyone is vaccinated. The restaurant allows 10 people per table and there should be plenty of space for us on on the patio. Tonight is going to be very cool, so be sure to bundle up if you would like to join us. :)
The other topic is training this weekend. As many of you know it is Easter weekend and some people are traveling out of town. How do you all feel about having class in the park on Friday night. The class would begin one hour before sunset, 6:30 pm. I will also have Zoom available for those who cannot come to the park.
Please respond and let me know if this works for you in the comment section.
